Service prices are subject to change based on parts availability, labor requirements, and market conditions. We reserve the right to modify service pricing without notice. While we strive to maintain competitive pricing, final costs are determined by the actual work performed and parts used.

2.3 Service Acceptance

All service requests are subject to acceptance based on our capacity, parts availability, and technical capability. We may refuse or reschedule any service request for any reason, including limitations on technician availability, parts unavailability, or complexity of repair requirements.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All services require customer authorization. We provide written estimates and require signed authorization before proceeding with repairs. Emergency services may be performed with verbal authorization when necessary for safety.

6.2 Safety and Liability

We follow industry-standard safety procedures and use proper equipment for all services. However, customers are responsible for ensuring their motorcycle is safe to operate after service completion and should perform their own safety checks before riding.

6.3 Warranty and Guarantees

We provide warranties on parts and labor as specified in our service agreements. Warranty terms vary by service type and parts used. Original manufacturer warranties may apply to certain repairs and replacements.

6.4 Storage and Abandoned Vehicles

Motorcycles left at our facility beyond 30 days after service completion may be subject to storage fees. Vehicles abandoned for more than 90 days may be processed according to California abandoned vehicle laws.

7. User Generated Contributions

The website may invite you to chat, contribute to, or participate in reviews, testimonials, and other functionality, and may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us or on the website.

Contributions may be viewable by other users of the website. As such, any Contributions you transmit may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. When you create or make available any Contributions, you thereby represent and warrant that:

10. Services and Support

10.1 Service Hours

Our standard service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Emergency services may be available outside these hours by appointment.

10.2 Service Scheduling

Service appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person. We recommend scheduling routine maintenance in advance to ensure availability.

10.3 Parts and Labor

We use genuine OEM parts or high-quality aftermarket alternatives. Labor rates are based on standard industry times or actual time required for the repair.

10.4 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and approved financing options. Estimates exceeding $500 may require a deposit.

11. Term and Termination

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the website. We may terminate your access to the website, without cause or notice. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
